I know you can....but do you?

Hello team! If you're feeling a little apprehension, then congratulations! Yes, you read that right. That little bit of apprehension is normal. It means that you are getting out of your comfort zone, you are doing something you haven't done before. I bet if you think back on your previous accomplishments, you will remember having that little bit of apprehension at some point before your success. You can do this!

I recommend checking out the blog on the DirtyGirl website HERE - there are some great stories from women who did the race this year. After reading those, now I really can't wait until 8/4!

Teamwear Store!

Hi team! Julie set up a cafe press store here for us to order whatever we would like to wear for the race. Thank you Julie! The store is great!

 Feel free to order whatever style and color you like best. A lot of our team has said they want to go with a tank top for the race and some teammates are planning on getting an extra shirt for after the race. I want to get a tank and a hat to wear when I'm training! What are you going to order?

Don't forget our sideline support and photographers - they are part of the team too!

12 weeks to go!

There are 87 days until the Dirty Girl Mud Run. That is a little over 12 weeks to train and be ready to run and get over, under, or through obstacles. 87 days are definitely enough, and all of my teammates are more than capable of doing this - but my question to my teammates is this: What are the goals you have for yourself before you will feel ready for the race?
